This commitment ensures our content is unique, relevant, and free from any external copyright issues.

All test papers, questions, visual content, and educational materials are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Sri Veda Talent Competition .

• Sharing and Copying is Prohibited: Any unauthorized reproduction, duplication, sharing, or transmission of our test content, whether digital or physical, is strictly prohibited .

2. Student Participation, Goals, and Self-Improvement Policy

Our platform is designed to promote self-paced learning and self-discipline . We ensure every student, regardless of their background, receives equal and fair treatment and access to all subscribed materials.

2.1 No Personalized Coaching or Guarantees

Please note that we do not offer personalized coaching, one-on-one classes, or private tutoring . Our service is focused purely on providing structured tests and materials for self-assessment.

• Equal Opportunity: Every student is treated equally. We provide the same comprehensive resources to all subscribers.
• No Result Guarantee: We do not guarantee any specific ranks, marks, or success in external government or board exams. Student outcomes are entirely dependent on their individual effort, practice, and self-discipline.
• Doubt Resolution Only: Subscription primarily grants access to tests. We will only provide explanations and clarify doubts when a student initiates a request (via WhatsApp or phone), otherwise, detailed explanations are generally provided after the test.

2.2 Importance of Self-Confidence and Discipline

To truly improve your talent and knowledge, self-confidence and honesty during the tests are crucial. You must write the exams independently, preferably with a parent present to supervise, to gain genuine insight into your capabilities. Cheating is self-sabotage.

3. Registration, Subscription, and Access Details

To access our premium tests (General Awareness, Advanced Mathematics, and Moral Awareness), a paid subscription is required, following the details provided on the 'Pricing' page .

3.1 Account Registration and Confidentiality

Upon registration using your valid details (name, contact number, email ID), you will receive a unique Username and Password .

• Confidentiality is Key: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secret. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• Free Trial: A single Free Test is available for first-time users to evaluate our platform before committing to a subscription.

3.2 Strict Policy Against Multiple Logins (Security)

This is a zero-tolerance policy:

• Immediate Cancellation: Logging in from two different devices simultaneously (even with different mobiles) will result in an immediate warning email .
• Permanent Block: Following the warning, if the double login persists or is repeated, the account will be permanently cancelled/blocked without refund.
• Legal Recourse: Repeated misuse of the login or sharing credentials to copy content may result in legal reporting to the police as it directly harms the company's integrity and intellectual property.

4. Payments and Non-Refundable Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Before proceeding with payment, you must read, understand, and agree to this stringent refund policy. Fees cover immediate access to tests, service costs, and transaction taxes, which are irreversible once access is granted.

4.1 Irreversible Payment Confirmation

• Think Before Paying: You must think a hundred times and clear all doubts before making a payment.
• No Refund After Payment: Once the amount is paid and the subscription is active, we will not return even one rupee for any reason, including change of mind, technical issues (unless proven on our end), or incorrect payments.

4.2 Payment Channels and Fraud Prevention

• Official Channels Only: Payments must be made directly through the official website to ensure instant, automated service activation.
• Unauthorized Payments: We are not responsible for any amount paid to unauthorized persons. If you join through a referral, confirm the person's identity and ensure they register you correctly on the website.
• Referral Agreement: If joining via a referral, make a clear agreement with them regarding service and doubt support, as they receive a referral bonus to serve you. However, the company's direct refund policy remains Non-Refundable .

We are committed to providing support, but promptness depends on volume. We ensure clear communication channels are available.

Due to the increasing number of student participants, call response times may occasionally be delayed . We kindly ask for your patience.

• WhatsApp is Best: The most efficient way to get support is by sending a detailed WhatsApp message . We will reply as soon as possible.
• Issue Resolution: For technical or login issues, please send a screenshot via WhatsApp. This dramatically speeds up our ability to help you.
• Team Callbacks: Our team will call you back if necessary for explanations or clarifications. You will be clearly informed who has been assigned to assist you.

5.2 Technical & System Integrity

The system is set up for automatic updates. Though we strive for continuous service, we reserve the right to:

• Manual Deletion Request: If you wish to remove your data earlier, you must send an official email request, and our team will comply.

7. Employee Conduct and Disciplinary Action Policy

This section outlines the rules for all full-time or part-time employees working on behalf of Sri Veda Talent Competition.

7.1 Code of Conduct and Work Ethic

• Genuineness: All employee work must be genuine and adhere to company conditions.
• Communication: Employees must maintain a respectful and professional tone with students, avoiding abusive language or unnecessary communication outside of work-related topics.
• Monitoring: Every employee action and time spent on tasks is recorded and monitored for efficiency and compliance.

7.2 Financial and Enrollment Rules

• Immediate Informing: If an employee accepts direct payment from a student, the employee must immediately inform the management and ensure the subscription is activated promptly.
• Fraud is Zero-Tolerance: Taking money from students for enrollment but failing to activate their subscription will result in immediate police complaint and termination.
• Data Confidentiality: Employees are strictly forbidden from sharing any student data with third parties. Violation will result in severe legal action.

7.3 Employee Compensation and Termination

• No Fixed Salary: We do not offer a fixed monthly salary . Compensation is solely based on enrollment joining fees and commission/incentives as per company offers.
• Payment Schedule: Earnings are typically disbursed on the 1st of the month or on a weekly basis, as decided by management. The final decision rests with the management.
• Termination: The management reserves the absolute right to terminate an employee's contract at any time without prior notice or explanation.

8. Management Rights, Liability, and Final Authority

Sri Veda Talent Competition reserves the absolute and non-negotiable right to govern all aspects of the service, content, and organization.

8.1 Absolute Authority and Modification Rights

• Policy Changes: We hold the full right to update, modify, cancel, or revise any part of this Policy, pricing, or the service itself without prior notification.
• Service Interruption: The company holds the right to temporarily block the server or place the system under maintenance at any time.
• Company Discontinuation: The company may choose to cease operations at any time. In such an event, no financial compensation or liability will be borne by the company to subscribers or employees.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for any harm, loss, or consequences arising from:

• Technical errors, internet failure, or device malfunction.
• Student's personal login errors or data leaks due to sharing credentials.
• Any actions taken by a third-party referral agent that violates this policy.

The final decision on all matters, disputes, and policy interpretations rests solely with the Company Management.
